Copyright Notice

How copyright and user-provided materials are handled.

1. Rights to the service

Copyrights and other rights related to Shirabe AI's design, logo, software, functions, documentation, text, images, and other materials belong to MU Inc. or the relevant rights holders.

Users may use these materials only within the scope necessary to use the service. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, scraping, reverse engineering, or other unauthorized use is prohibited unless permitted by law or separately authorized by the Company.

2. Third-party materials and generated outputs

Rights to materials uploaded or entered by users remain with the user or the relevant rights holder.

When uploading papers, figures, tables, images, datasets, slides, videos, or other third-party materials, users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights, permissions, license, or legally permitted basis necessary for processing them through the service.

Users must use summaries, presentation slides, narrated videos, and other generated outputs in a manner that does not unfairly infringe the copyrights, moral rights, neighboring rights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other rights of the original authors, publishers, or other third parties.

The Company does not guarantee that generated outputs are free from third-party rights issues. Users are responsible for reviewing citations, licenses, permissions, and publication conditions before publishing, redistributing, commercializing, or otherwise using generated outputs outside the service.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for disputes, claims, damages, or other responsibilities arising from a user's upload, instruction, publication, redistribution, or other use of third-party materials or generated outputs.

3. Paper summaries and generated outputs

Generated summaries, slides, videos, and other outputs are intended to assist understanding and workflow creation, not to replace the original paper or source material.

When using or publishing generated outputs, users should clearly indicate authors, titles, journals or publishers, publication year, source URLs, and citations where appropriate.

Users may publish, redistribute, or commercially use generated outputs, provided that they review accuracy, attribution, citation display, license conditions, and third-party rights at their own responsibility before doing so.
